Thank you for shopping at Soli Party Co! All of our items are handmade and personalized to help make your celebration truly special. Please review our policy below:
❌ Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or custom-made items (including custom cupcake toppers, frames, and party decorations).
All sales are final once your order has been approved and production has begun.
💛 Order Issues / Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or with an error (such as a misspelling that was our mistake), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at solipartyco@gmail.com or message us via Instagram @solipartyco.
Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
We’re happy to offer a replacement or refund if the damage or error is due to our mistake.
🚚 Lost Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).
We’re happy to help you file a claim with the carrier or assist in tracking your package.
📌 Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of purchase. After that time, work may have already begun on your order.
